The Third World Studies Center staff is grateful for the six years Dr. Maria Ela L. Atienza
has dedicated to the TWSC, first as Deputy Director from 2007 to 2010
then as Director from 2010 to 2013. The staff also expresses its
gratitude to Dr. Perlita Frago-Marasigan for the same level of
dedication that she has given as Deputy Director.
